Xavier Huron our technician came to our home with a friendly smile and hello announcing who he was. We told him what had taken place with the AC and through his knowledge of the systems knew right where to look first. He immediately told us what the problem was and fixed it promptly. He also checked our thermostat as a request from us and assured us that it was all ok. Having a technician that has enough experience to know where to go and resolve the issue is an asset to his company…that’s you Xavier!!!!

Come one, come all! Visit the very best snake oil salesman in all of Southwest Florida. After getting a brand new AC unit in 2022 we have had subsequent issues upon issues. A coil replacement, leaking refrigerant, a pump replacement, and at the very least 8 service calls because our house was not cooling properly. In a unit that is only 4 years old this was not the expectation we had upon purchase. The photos included are clear representation of their "best" and if this is their best then I don't want it. After the the initial installation it had to be redone. I was first quoted $500 to fix their mistake and $1,500 during a second quote.

Needless to say, we've switched companies and wish we had gotten a second opinion to begin with to avoid the headache of dealing with Best Home Services.

*UPDATE* After hearing from Rachel and what is now Veteran Air, she took our situation to heart and went above and beyond to correct all issues incurred from the former Best Home Services. Rachel was responsive, made us feel like a priority and was always available. The technician, Xavier, came out and was able to assess our unit and diagnose the issues. From the time Rachel reached out to us out of concern for our unit, to the time the AC was fixed was less than a week. They resolved the broken elements and also replaced the mildew plenum. The same AC unit that was reading 88 degrees before resolution has held a steady 74 since! Thank you Rachel, Xavier and team for your dedication to our family as customers. We've never been more grateful for our cool home.

I called Best this afternoon to get my water heater replaced. They had Andy out within less than an hour from my phone call. He got my water heater replaced this afternoon even having to do some rewiring work to bring it up to current code. He was wonderful and took time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. I'm glad I found this company and look forward to more work I'm having done with them.

Best Home Services repiped my house about 5 years ago. I thought I had developed a leak and called BHS and they sent a technician to inspect the issue. Rob Revak was the technician and showed up on time the following day from my call. Rob did a very thorough inspection to make sure that there was no leak and then pressure tested my lines which showed no leak. He then did a water quality test for us and provided some recommendations for both home services and water quality. There was no pressure to sell me anything. Just recommendations. Rob also scheduled a water mitigation company in case there was water that he was unable to detect and this was at no charge. I really appreciate his honesty and his thoroughness and I would highly recommend Best Home Services.

Cameron DRAKE, OUR PLUMBING TECH, WAS JUST TERRIFIC. HE LET US KNOW WHEN HE WOULD ARRIVE , ARRIVED AT THAT TIME, TOLD ME WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO TO REMOVE 30-YEAR OLD FAUCETS, INSTALLED NEW ONES, CLEANED UP AND WAS VERY NICE AND BUSINESSLIKE. ABSOLUTELY A HOME-RUN. THANKS to Cameron and everyone else there💕

I’m so grateful for Denver! I had an unexpected plumbing issue, and he came out right away. Not only did he fix everything quickly, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and gave me tips to prevent future problems. It was such a relief to have someone so kind, professional, and trustworthy in my home. I’ll definitely be calling again and recommending Denver to friends and family!
